1 General Introduction

33dmw is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and 33dmw. By using any part of our website, app, or services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms may change from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after any change indicates that you have accepted the revised Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, 33dmw's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Use

To use 33dmw's services, you must open a personal account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 33dmw reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false information is provided.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same name, from the same IP address, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all deposits and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

You are personally responsible for all transactions and activities carried out on your account. 33dmw will not be held liable for unauthorized use by a third party.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

33dmw's services are available only to those aged 21 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. We may request an identity document or other proof of age verification at any time.

Creating or using an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all deposits will not be refunded and the account will be permanently closed. If you find that a minor is using your device or account, notify us immediately.

  • The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A correct date of birth must be provided at registration.
  • A national identity card or passport may need to be presented for identity verification.
  • Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is complete.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

33dmw currently supports three popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. These methods are fully secure and protected through SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each payment method).
  • Funds deposited must come only from the mobile banking account registered to the account holder.
  • Deposits from a mobile wallet held in a third party's name are not accepted.
  • Keep the transaction reference number, as it may be needed for verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
  • Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification is pending.
33dmw never contacts users first to ask for money. If anyone claims to be from 33dmw and asks for money, it is a scam — report it to us immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

33dmw regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own applicable rules, which are detailed on the offer page. General bonus terms are described below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more will add the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. For example, receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • The account must be fully verified before claiming a bonus.
  • Each customer may use a bonus offer only once.
  • Specific game wagering conditions and limits may apply when betting with a bonus.
  • 33dmw reserves the right to cancel any bonus if irregularities or bonus abuse are detected.
  • If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account, the bonus will expire.
Always read the detailed terms of the relevant promotion before accepting a bonus. Claims based on incomplete information will not be considered.

6 Gaming Rules

33dmw offers various types of games — slots, live casino, fishing, card games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed during gameplay.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

33dmw believes in a fair play policy. Our games are operated by verified third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe) and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Playing games using any kind of bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence is prohibited.
  • Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other users is prohibited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to network failure, server issues, or any other technical reason, 33dmw may, where applicable, refund the bet amount or offer the opportunity to restart the game. However, the decision in each case is at 33dmw's discretion.

7 Responsible Gaming

  • Avoid chasing losses by placing further bets to recover money lost.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

33dmw reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
  • Use of an account by a minor.
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Use of bots or automation software.

8.1 Consequences of Suspension

Upon account closure, all bonus balances will be forfeited. The actual deposit balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned, but will remain on hold until the investigation is concluded. No funds will be returned in cases of fraud or legal violations.

9 Privacy and Security

33dmw gives the highest priority to the security of your personal information. We keep all data secure using SSL encryption technology. Your information is not sold to or transferred to any third party without permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

  • Any loss resulting from a user sharing their own login credentials with another person.
  • If delays or issues arise with a third-party payment method.

In the event of any dispute, 33dmw's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

11 Amendment of Terms

33dmw reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. If any significant change is made, we will endeavour to notify users by email or through a platform notification.

Revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continuing to use the service after a change indicates that you have automatically consented to the new Terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.
